What we do

Maintenance Contracts

The State of Texas through TCEQ, and the BRA here at the Lake, require that all Aerobic Septic systems have a Maintenance Contract. If an Aerobic system is not operating correctly it is a health hazard. Air breaks down the pathogens in sewage that make us sick. We inspect and report to the BRA every 4 months that your system is operating correctly. We clean each filter so the pumps work efficiently and last longer. We correct small problems found during our inspections.

Repairs

Aerobic Systems have 2 main mechanical parts, an aerator and the effluent pump. They wear out. Electrical connections are subject to corrosion in the warm humid environment of a Septic System. We perform repairs as required to keep your system operational .

Emergency response

There is nothing worse than to be spending the weekend at the Lake and having a problem with the Aerobic System . If you need help, we will respond to your call and determine the solution to the problem. If we have a maintenance contract the fee for a service call is in the contract. Otherwise we charge $75.00 to come out, plus cost of repairs.
